Maybe not, but systemic election fraud probably is

Treason is the crime of attacking a state authority to which one owes allegiance.[1] This typically includes acts such as participating in a war against oneā€™s native country, attempting to overthrow its government,

It is interesting that Dominion havenā€™t sued for defamation - maybe they know they would lose

Itā€™s not so much that they would lose but what would come out in the ā€œDiscoveryā€ process in the legal proceedings! Sydney Powell relishes such an opportunity to expose them and their dark secrets; something I am sure the executive lawyers for Dominion have considered and have advised their board, cough, cough CCP shareholders not to pursue!

Why Trump must use the National Emergency Broadcast System to communicate with the American people and bypass the media / Big Tech siege that continues.
Why ā€œmartial law = fake newsā€ ā€¦ because the Insurrection Act is not martial law.
How Biden got 13 million impossible votes ā€“ ā€œPhantomā€ voters, zombie voters and more.
How Michigan continues to engage in criminal cover-ups to hide the evidence of Dominion voting machine election fraud. These people are going to prison.

It should be. Itā€™s a crime against America, planned and played out to subvert the outcome of a national election. It might not be treason in the in the truest sense, but that doesnā€™t really change the fact that justice should be served to those that had a part in it.

Not really. Most of us arenā€™t Lawyers or law enforcement officers who are versed in such laws. Iā€™m a Cabinetmakerā€¦ I know furniture law. :slightly_smiling_face:

The cease and desist letters have been sent.

Thatā€™s a fair enough reason for people to defer to actual court briefs for their education rather than listening to conspiracy theories and repeating them all over social mediaā€¦

If THAT was proven, it would be treason. But it never has been, and it NEVER will be. Iā€™ll remind you of this regularly over the coming weeks and months.

Joe Biden won the election, and everybody that matters in the confirmation of that knows this. He will be sworn in on January 20th as the 46th president of the United Statesā€¦:us::us::us::us:

Iā€™ll remind you of that regularly as wellā€¦

I know it never will be. It was well planned, and the Right had a hand in it, so nothing will come of it. That doesnā€™t mean it didnā€™t happen. It didā€¦ and the biggest % of America knows it happenedā€¦ and so do you. You just got the outcome you wanted, soā€¦

Please explain how acting in a manner that removes the person who would be President from their office is not treason.

It didnā€™t happen if you lack the ability to prove itā€¦

Right, so in America we hold elections and remove people that would be president regularlyā€¦

The penalty for treason carries the death penalty, and I can assure you that NOBODY will be convicted of suchā€¦

Maybe after Biden has been sworn in on January 20th as the 46th president of the United States, you people will move on to other conspiracy theoriesā€¦

Lolā€¦ I guess thatā€™s true. But, there is the issue of not being allowed the opportunity to prove it.

No thereā€™s not. Trumpā€™s team has stood before 60 courts and plead their case and theyā€™ve all been tossedā€¦for gods sake, read a brief dudeā€¦

Yet another fallacy from Master Baiter

Yesā€¦ tossed meaning not allowed to prove it. There are a lot of people on both sides that will not allow this to go forward. I wonder why?
