On Friday, as Townhall has been covering, the Senate had enough votes to advance the continuing resolution (CR) and then ultimately pass it. The move involved Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) caving to vote in favor of invoking cloture, after claiming earlier in the week Republicans didn’t have the votes and Democrats were united. It was a very consequential move for Schumer, with Democrats in disarray, even and including when it comes to if Schumer should stay leader or even face a primary challenger.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was seen as the only person to handle the reins of the Senate Democratic Caucus after Harry Reid died. Now, everyone is looking to vote this guy off the island. In less than a week, a man who was respected and revered among the rank-and-file on the Hill among congressional Democrats is being primed to end up like Robespierre for refusing to get into a shutdown fight with the Trump White House. Don’t you just LOVE IT !!!
The disunity among congressional Democrats is unprecedented—Nancy Pelosi was urging all-out rebellion against Schumer before the Senate advanced and passed the CR yesterday. President Trump has the D party in the DUMPS .

The lefts trajectory for the future has no where else but to go down for the foreseeable future, their worn out playbook and their mockingbird tactic of everyone in their party and their allies in the media saying the exact scripted talking points are falling on deaf ears. There is so much hate and deception in the democrat party it is not a surprise that they eventually turn on each other. There is no honor among thieves. What red blooded American MAGA doesn’t like the backstabbing of the Dems eating their own. It is a glorious sight to see them floundering like a fresh caught fish flapping on the bank gasping for air !
