Monte. Where I live rapists, pedophiles, people that have child porn on computers and teachers (male and female) that have sex affairs with their students do not receive lenient sentences although there sre plea bargains involved at times.
The toughest part for them is when they are put into genpop. Race doesn’t play a part in their prosecution.
