I have spent one year studying this problem as to whether Islam is a cult or a religion. Regretfully it is a religion that deserves the same freedom as other religions.

When a pseudo religion includes tenets such as death to unbelievers and believers who leave the flock, it is a theocracy, not a religion. Islam deserves no protection under under our 1st amendment.
Any person that preaches or otherwise promotes the deaths of others based upon their religion or lack thereof should be immediately deported along with his entire family and not be allowed reentry into the country for any reason.

I have no empathy for anti-American people. You either love this country and try to improve it via the ballot box or you get the hell out. Subversion and treason are grounds for deportation and permanent exclusion.
