Yeh that’s why most of the counties in VA have declared themselves to be 2A Sanctuary counties, they support gun control.

Bottom line: Smart and law abiding Americans demand universal gun confiscation without compensation and for gun owners to be ritualistically humiliated in the process. Virginia is going to make this happen and no one is going to do anything to stop it.

If this film legitimate – and I suspect it is – local law enforcement and the NG will not comply with gun confiscation si that VA governing authorities may call in UN troops. I’ve seen posts before of caches of UN vehicles around our country… and ince martial law is determined and foreign troops called in, it’s pretty hard to get rid if them.

Have we thought , or is it a possibility they are just looking to see what we have , possibly looking to see what they "would " be up against ? Just a thought … … the government has always dropped a penny so to speak , then pulled back , the next time they drop a nickel , again pull back , then they come back with a dime , again pull back…it’s a way of conditioning the American ppl (Stockholm syndrome so to speak) and them getting to see just what they are up against at the same time … not saything this is what is happening here , just a thought is all … I’ve already started making a plan for my family either way . It’s been a divide and conquer in the works against the American ppl for many years now .

I’m confused. If the 2nd amendment doesn’t make mention of which arms may be kept, then any arms would be legal. However, I’m pretty certain you won’t post any selfies with unregistered automatic weapons, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, or suppressors.
I’m really curious to know which sheriffs of the 2A sanctuary counties will state that they will protect owners of unregistered NFA-regulated arms. 2A is 2A which would mean the NFA is null, right?
Just asking for a friend as he’d like to know where he can take such items if they existed…

Does the governor have the legal right to call in foreign troops? I would think not.
Actually every one of of gets to make that determination for ourselves.
Our determinations do not carry the weight of law but they do carry the weight of the ballot box which is how we can overrule even the highest curt.

I feel like that’s more of a personal opinion which would be deciding if a law was •just• or not, vs the legal ruling of if a law is •unconstitutional• or not.
For example, many people consider the NFA unjust, but it hasn’t been ruled unconstitutional which is why unregistered machine guns and suppressors will land you in jail, even in 2A sanctuary areas.
