By 78 it was all but impossible to carry a handgun legally in the US and today it’s legal in all fifty states and constitutional carry has expanded to 18 states.
We defeated the renewal of the AWB and the expansion of the VAWA which would have made even minor misdemeanor assault convictions a permanent exclusion and even being under indictment or having been ticketed for a misdemeanor assault an exclusion until it was adjudicated and cleared.
