Can you imagine the penalties if any American moved to a foreign country and did this?
I’m shopping and see an illegal family pushing two shopping carts filled with food. Another steak would have broken the suspension. Half a dozen kids screaming in some guttural form of Spanish; certainly not Castilian. At the check out, out comes the ACCESS card. Must have been 5 or 6 hundred dollars worth of food. My neighbor was a maintenance mechanic at a local manufacturing facility; he was the legal citizen who spoke English. Lunch time, and momma pulls in with the van; and everyone lines up at the trough. Town not far from me, and some apartments have 20 + people living in them.
The illegals use the anchor babies that they drop here to collect welfare, since the anchor babies are technically American citizens. That’s why they have so many of them.
What a bunch of liberal bullshit !! When will law enforcement deal with these ILLEGALS ? How long will the taxpayers put up with paying the tab ?
CT is just a suburb of NYC for the most part. At least those suburbs are where most of your voters live. And they essentially vote in lockstep with NYC voters. (Ditto NJ.) That’s why you have cucked lawmakers in the first place. Don’t bet against this coming to your state, sad to say.

Yes, but they are, that’s not going to change. So if they have a license, they can get insurance.
Just living illegally in Mexico earns you a prison sentence. So does working without a permit.
There aren’t sanctuaries either.
Why should they get insurance? Auto insurance runs into money. Illegal aliens get to ignore immigration laws. They get to benefit from welfare illegally. Identity theft is rampant in the illegal alien community. Yet somehow illegal aliens are going to line up to buy auto insurance.
They should not exist. If a parent is a citizen the child is a citizen. If neither are they should carry the same rights as the parents so either here on something (visa, green card, etc) or illegal and ammo for the catapults.

That’s right! There’s no such thing as anchor babies. Birthright citizenship does not exist in statutory law. If the baby is born to non-citizen parents, that baby is just as illegal. They all need to go back.

ICE missed a golden opportunity here.
Of course, they can later go to court to demand all of the records processed for those illegals to get their licenses.
After they are all scattered to the wind. The fact that no enforcement actions took place on this should be criminal.
To get a DL they have to provide a verifiable address.
If they use a falsified address that’s a felony and grounds for immediate removal.
Their presence here is already grounds for immediate removal.

Unfortunately no it’s not. It’s a pretty long legal process.
A criminal conviction though can expedite that process.
Then I guess we deserve this fresh hell.
Well it’s due to a series of court decisions back in the 70’s and 80’s that all but gives illegals more rights to due process than legal citizens.
Regardless, the president does have the right to suspend entire classes of people from entering or staying in this country and the Supreme Court has upheld it.
If the president decided to do that with people from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador he could and all of them would have to go.
