Leftist organizations who are focused on the pro Gun ban lobby, have been targeting the NRA and implementing a strategy to flood the organization with frivolous lawsuits with the aim to deplete the NRA’s lobbying power by forcing it to spend money in legal fees at a unprecedented rate . What is next for the communists who seek to disarm us if they are to succeed in destroying one of America’s premier Gun Rights Organizations? Charleston Heston wouldn’t stand for it!

The NRA spends millions on legal fees every year. All that is happening now that’s different is that they using the same money to defend against leftwing attacks that would have otherwise been spent fighting court battles to preserve and expand 2nd Amendment rights.
If the NRA didn’t bring in any new cash for 20 years the endowment funds would be sufficient to cover all operating costs.
As much as the left would like us to believe otherwise the NRA isn’t going anywhere anytime soon and with the dem’s getting back to the serious “let’s grab the guns” mentality for 2020 we’re guaranteed to see new records in recruiting and fund raising.
We have some internal problems in the organization ie needed leadership changes but the organization is on the whole still very healthy.
Unfortunately a lot of this thinking will also be driven by NRA fundraising campaigns promising gloom and doom for the organization without people donating in record numbers to fight off these attacks.
There’s really nothing new here.
