Judge Caprio is a pretty amazing guy, you should visit his youtube channel. I’ve actually corresponded with him a bit over the years, interesting fellow and funny as hell.
One good judge with compassion for an elderly father taking care of his son. What real good would it have done to fine him or suspend his license.
This should be an excellent example for more judges to follow. Compassion is in short supply in our country today. God Bless this man and the judge.
