Indeed a violent bunch…
Bingo, be right back. “First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the ■■■■■ and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a ■■■■
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”
― Pastor Martin Niemöller
Then they came for the immigrant of color and I did not speak out, not being a person of color.
Then they came for those in the LGBTQ community and I did not speak out, not being a member of that community…
They can dream all they want. I can see a future when the police politely knock on the door and these “come and take it” internet lunatics will be as docile as a baby lamb and hand their guns over, after all - they pride themselves on being law abiding citizens. I wonder if they will willingly go to jail when we get hate speech banned
As a young man, I ( sadly ) was privileged to see the very worst of life. I will never back down from my convictions, when I know I’m right. Now, if you come into my country within the frame of law, and intend to become a law abiding & productive citizen, I will defend that decision. I cannot defend this behavior: Victims of Illegal Aliens Memorial - OJJPAC.org
www.ojjpac.org/ memorial .asp -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any political figure who does little or nothing to curb these slaughters, does nothing more than allow them. The bottom line is, we elect & pay our politicians to serve & protect legal citizens. THEY ARE PAID TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. They should earn their salaries.
I want to say that’s an overreaction, but I cannot.
We see the same thing playing out with gender politics.
“All we want is tolerance. We just want to have legal marriage. Our private lives are not your business, nor the governments…”
Nope. Far too many people are blissfully unaware of what’s happening and won’t be spurred to action (if they’re not going to roll over and take it) only when it directly impacts them. (And at that point it will be too late.)
Next step: Defining political opponents as Neo-nazis,
It’s all part of the slow drip of subverting a county’s culture by the cultural Marxists. Doesn’t happen over night, it takes years until we have reached this point. Like any muscle in the human body, the brain can be conditioned to think a certain way, and the US whose culture is heavily immersed with media is how it happens.
Massive group, there.
This is a primary vector of how it happens.
I recently saw a tweet string that contained this “point”:
“Every shred of information coming out of the closed hearings is consistent with what’s happening in front of our eyes.”
If only people could understand that “closed hearings” is, in itself, part of the information choreography, and that information coming out of it is controlled and distilled to fit a narrative. Even more, it’s fed/leaked to a trump-hostile media who further shape it to their liking. And that “what’s happening in front of our eyes” is primarily what comes out of that same media in “reports” and “analyses” molded to the narrative.
Of course they match!
Likewise assertions of the character of those from whom guns are red-flagged, and stories about the normalization of sexual perversion.
And not only the media, but the entertainment industry, sports, Madison Ave., “news”. It floods us. Buries us. Envelops us. A constant hum that becomes normal social experience.
Ukraine?
(Notice the NATO flag)
They’re calling the Russian-speaking compatriots in the Donbass area “Untermensch” and you know what that means.
Creeping Gradualism is the term.
“Then they took our guns
“Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long afterwards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.
Kitty Werthmann
“No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only ■■■■■ but also priests and ministers who spoke up.
“Totalitarianism didn’t come quickly, it took 5 years from 1938 until 1943, to realize full dictatorship in Austria. Had it happened overnight, my countrymen would have fought to the last breath. Instead, we had creeping gradualism. Now, our only weapons were broom handles. The whole idea sounds almost unbelievable that the state, little by little eroded our freedom.”
