Communist China is provoking Taiwan into taking action so they can claim acting in self defense.They don’t want to be seen as the aggressor. As long as Taiwan doesn’t act first, Communist China is a paper tiger.
We don’t publicly know how many supersonic missiles they have. Maybe the factories are vulnerable .
So what ? Why should that be of concern to us ? We are not the policemen of the entire World . Wars and conflicts cost massive amounts of money and many lives that far too few care about while sitting in their Lazyboy watching TV . No , I’m a product of having been in combat and watching my follow Marines die and no-one caring . I know what combat does to you , I was 1 of 45 that made it home of the 170 that were deployed . For 13 months every single hour of the day someone was trying to kill you really KILL you . And when you finally make it home no one cares , not the government , not your follow Americans , no one ! You have to live with what you done to other human beings and what they did to your pals there . Most of us didn’t even know the true reason we were killing or why we were there . Let those motherfucking in the House , Senate , and WH fight , let their sons and grandsons fight maybe they won’t be so quick to start this shit . THAT’S MY TWO SENSE ON THE MATTER .
I wish I could give you more than a thumbs up. I have a buddy that did two tours in Desert Storm. When he came back he was never the same. I saw the pictures he took and listened to his experience as told through his eyes. Just horrible. You and all that serve/d our country have my utmost respect!

The ROC( Taiwan) has the willpower to defend the country and are modernizing their weapons. They are in a fight to preserve the freedoms they have. They are facing overwhelming enemy numbers and need help.
I may not know them, but I respect their determination to fight against Communism that would destroy their way of life.They’ ve worked hard to create a good country. Should they allow Communist China to land on the coumtry without a fight.

It’s inconceivable to me that you’re calling for the US to “slap China’s face” which would certainly draw the United States into a protracted conflict that almost as certain would draw in Russia, and maybe Iran. Could result in hostilities on our own shore, could mean the death of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Americans and who knows how much damage to our military, it’s hardware, and American infrastructure if there was reprisals here or any of our assets around the world….
And all for Taiwan……
If Communist China invades the ROC, they’ll have numerous ships sunk before reaching Taiwan. How close to the South China Sea are the warehouses for supplies to be loaded on ships and how vulnerable are the fuel depots to air and missile attacks. Numerical advantage doesn’t always mean success . Yes , Communist China foes have a numerical advantage over the US and ROC in troops and tanks etc. Not much if any talk here on their tactics.
