That’s already happened and the White House defied them. According to Lindsey Graham, the moment that Nixon defied subpoenas was the moment he became impeachable. But that was a different impeachment and a younger, more objective Lindsey Graham.

I have stated on this board REPEATEDLY that Trump needs merely to have his DOJ investigate this and prosecute it if it’s warranted.
But this is the Trump impeachment trial thread.
It may come out in Durham’s investigation.
I’d imagine the investigation is like trying to untangle a spider web.

That simply is not true. Alexander Hamilton said differently, and much much more recently, Dershowitz and Graham both asserted that the president needn’t commit an indictable crime to be impeached.

I am going to have to read the Treaty in full, so far I’ve just scanned it but darn. So far what I’ve read makes the dems look like they get their talking points from the National Enquirer.
One item of interest:
Article 2 provides for the establishment of Central Authorities and defines Central Authorities for purposes of the Treaty. For the United States, the Central Authority shall be the Attorney General or a person designated by the Attorney General.
