In on of the more bizarre cases when a conviction was rendered by a jury only to suddenly have the case reversed surprisingly by the judge based on insanity. However the evidence presented in this case was pretty clear from the beginning that the defendant knew with true and clear premeditation of carrying out his murderous intent. This is a travesty of justice regardless what anyone thinks of parties involve dead or alive and its the judge in the case that should come under closer scrutiny postmortem.
