Ilhan Omar calls for advertiser boycott against Tucker Carlson

Why … no I have not! I will investigate that. (but don’t want to derail )

As I’ve already shown they have their own enforcement arm of fully credentialed Federal LEO’s.

They absolutely do not.

Sam’s carries them when they are in season. Wonderful and huge, like small lobsters.

Put them side by side on skewer’s salt, pepper, and just keep basting with garlic butter as you grill them over a fire.

What gets me is you act like the absolute fucking authority on every topic when in reality you are literally just making shit up.

Here is what FDNS does:

FDNS officers resolve background check information and other concerns that surface during the processing of immigration benefit applications and petitions. Resolution often requires communication with law enforcement or intelligence agencies to make sure that the information is relevant to the applicant or petitioner at hand and, if so, whether the information would have an impact on eligibility for the benefit.

FDNS officers also perform checks of USCIS databases and public information, as well as other administrative inquiries, to verify information provided on, and in support of, applications and petitions. Administrative inquiries may include:

  • Performance of fraud assessments – FDNS officers engage in fraud assessments (including Benefit Fraud and Compliance Assessments) to determine the types and volumes of fraud in certain immigration benefits programs;
  • Compliance Reviews – Systematic reviews of certain types of applications or petitions to ensure the integrity of the immigration benefits system, and
  • Targeted site visits – Inquiries conducted in cases where fraud is suspected.

FDNS uses the Fraud Detection and National Security Data System (FDNS-DS) to identify fraud and track potential patterns.

USCIS has formed a partnership with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in which FDNS pursues administrative inquiries into most application and petition fraud, while ICE conducts criminal investigations into major fraud conspiracies.

Nearly every agency under the federal gov’t now has it’s own contingent of LEO’s including USCIS.

There are over 30,000 of them now with what are not even considered to be Law Enforcement Agencies from the EPA to IRS, to USCIS to the Post Office.

USCIS does not have LEOs outside of their independent IG function, which every federal agency has.

You are wrong.

FDNS also conducts Benefit Fraud and Compliance Assessments to identify the types and volumes of fraud and develop mitigation strategies to deter and disrupt fraud.

In July 2009, FDNS implemented the Administrative Site Visit and Verification Program (ASVVP) to conduct unannounced site inspections to verify information contained in certain visa petitions. USCIS provides petitioners and their representatives of record (if any) an opportunity to review and address the information before denying or revoking an approved petition based on information obtained during a site inspection. To find out more about ASVVP, please see the ASVVP page

It’s where the fraud investigations begin. You were wrong, just admit it and move on.

They do not conduct criminal investigations and they aren’t 1811s. You are wrong.

She’s going to be charged with immigration and marriage fraud if she ever is properly dealt with. That investigation will begin with USCIS.

They will conduct an administrative investigation. They will make referrals for criminal enforcement to ICE if necessary. Or, if they want to go the full extent on an administrative investigation they will refer that to DOJ - Executive Office for Immigration Review.

In my view, if she is going all out to call a boycott on Tucker, it must mean that he hit a nerve somewhere and her response is nothing more than projection!
