I owe someone this:
As per Ash Sarkar… writing in The Guardian (Newspaper in England):
(Propagandist)…”Ezra Pound was a pioneer of the most exciting aesthetic movement of the 20th century. He implored artists to “make it new”; his editing transformed TS Eliot’s lumpen and exposition-laden verse into The Waste Land, which thrills to this day; and, in just two lines, he composed what I consider to be the single greatest poem ever written, In A Station Of The Metro. He was also a fascist. A vituperative antisemite. The mind that produced the sparse beauty of that poem wanted to annihilate the political and social groups that he deemed at odds with his cause. Not only did he court private audiences with Mussolini, he delivered pro-axis and anti-Jew broadcasts four times a week between 1941 and 1943, on Italian radio.”…
As per Ash Sarkar (continuing)… writing in The Guardian (Newspaper in England)
…”And we avoid the trap that befalls much US media: the tendency, born of a desire to please all sides, to engage in false equivalence in the name of neutrality. We always strive to be fair. But sometimes that means calling out the lies of powerful people and institutions – and making clear how misinformation and demagoguery can damage democracy.”…
There are some things said by people we (I’ve) never heard of (to my belittlement) that we all may wish that WE had said. Things, that ought to be true.
Greatly lacking in the realm of truth are entities like Open Society Foundations >> Geo Soros. They/He considers themselves to be people of vision who would remake the world, and the people of the world into what they should be. Of course, there could be modest debate on that subject. (There is an Italian cliché I love about opinions that goes, “… Four Italians, Five opinions”)(with accompanying fingers displayed, which I do well). The Official Changers are of an ilk that disregards costs in favor desired results; again… there could be modest debate on that subject. Exactly what the definitions are of that new world populated by new people, again… there could be modest debate on that subject. If some things and people need to be swept aside the Illuminati are sure of what & who that & they are, but again… there could be modest debate on that subject.
If one asks some group with history whence & wither society we’re back to my beloved Italian quip, and… there could be modest debate on that subject. The pomposity that needs to accompany the goals, necessary methods, and especially the results pondered by George & ilk are beyond characterization using a single language, even as good as English is.
Humans are gregarious. We prefer the company of other humans, and a few pets, some of which aren’t human. We regularly say, “Variety is the spice of life”, or in whatever your native tongue, “Vive la difference!” translates well. We abhor sameness and someone said, “boredom was born one day out of uniformity”(in French). We travel to see other places, most often unlike home. What kind of a Hellish world would be built by George Soros & ilk, or Charles Schwab & ilk, or (insert here hateful anti-people people)?
I kind of like the stereo-typical Japanese, or Chinese, or Australian, Englishman, Scot, etc., etc., etc. Let’s us resist the new world order, which doesn’t deserve to be capitalized.
