These are still classed as a shotgun because of the BBL length even with the pistol grip stock.

Like most things gov’t it doesn’t make a hell of a lot of sense.

I did, your’s isn’t because it was manufactured with the 14" barrel.

The picture doesn’t give the barrel length hence it was unclear.
