We don’t know 100% sure what happened in Berlin in 1945.
From what I heard, Hitler and Eva Braun, his Jooish wife, were taken to a whatever airport outside Berlin and flown to Rostock on the Baltic Sea, which was a military port, not very far from Berlin, maybe two or three hours by car in those days.
Anyway, Hitler and Braun, still incognito, were rushed into a new submarine and they started the undersea voyage to Argentina. Maybe the final destination was decided upon while they were traveling to South America or even Antarctica where the Nazis had built an underground base.
They eventually settled in a small town where everyone was German or of German descent, and knew exactly who the new arrivals were.
