I have misplaced my passwords for secured encryption messages…how can I regenerate?
Unfortunately, they can’t be regenerated. New keys can be generated but that would block any old messages / conversations from being accessed.

Thanks for your letter.Can you help me? One of my sons opened a new membership. jjjj jjjj.kkkk@safe-mail.net he cannot loge in.He feels there has been a denial of service attack. He signed up this morning.Could you have a look? nothing works, sign in or pass word reset.
