Is that it? I’m still puzzled.
No not high unemployment, its about if you can’t convince the average Joe on the street that going to war for a foreign country is worth the sacrifice or is not in America’s interests then you lost the case for going to war altogether. Right now most Americans are against the war and oppose sending US troops to any theater of conflict.
