Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) issued a full pardon for the former U.S. Army Sergeant who killed a Black Lives Matter protestor during the 2020 riots.
Perry was found guilty of shooting 28-year-old Air Force veteran Garrett Foster— an armed BLM protestor during the 2020 riots in Austin, Texas. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison last year.
Perry’s attorneys argued that he acted in a case of self defense and that he believed Foster was going to aim the firearm at him and shoot him. This moron had an AK47 rifle and stopped Perry in his auto when Foster came to his car window pointing his rifle Perry shot him with his pistol ! The sergeant’s defense attorneys argued that Foster did raise the rifle and that Perry had no choice but to shoot . Clear case of stand your ground .
“Texas has one of the strongest ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws of self-defense that cannot be nullified by a jury or a progressive district attorney,” Abbott said.
This was the right thing to do. This birdbrain DA politicked this case because he is a Soros puppet! Soros is a plague on this country!

Yes. We’re in a war. We no longer live in a society where we can count on the rule of law, or on juries who will decide a case on its merits. We have to take this into account in everything we do and say. In particular, we need to know the law regarding firearms, self-defense, citizens’ arrests, etc.
The best way to do this is to have a local organization made up of serious patriots, where one member of the group is designated to become the person who studies these issues and keeps up with developments in them. If we don’t do this, we’re likely to stumble into leftist traps.
