If most females became infertile you could reduce pop very easily.
Maybe thats what compulsory vaccines are designed for?
If you make women infertile, either psychologically (feminism) or biologically (vaccines), the ultimate goal of population reduction is reached without killing anyone.
But the elite, being what they are, want the result fast.

There is a reagent used to make plastics soft and pliable. The kind of soft pliable plastic used to make e.g. bath toys.
The reagent is called DEHP. It is restricted under EU regulations which state that products must not contain more than 0.1% DEHP. Needless to say … products made in other parts of the world have been found to contain levels as high as 50% !!

higher than those found in the environment
interfered with sperm formation in mice and rats.
These effects were reversible, but sexual maturity
was delayed when the animals were exposed before
puberty. Short-term exposures to low levels of
DEHP appeared to have no effect on male fertility.
