How could they be here illegally, when they had to be certified as non laborer s to emigrate to the U.S. They also had a PERMANENT DOMICILE and RESIDENCE . It had nothing to do with his parents only his citizenship to be allowed reentry which was the point of the decision in accordance with the 14th Ammendment.
