I quite agree that no one should dictate to another what she may (or may not) do with her own body.
The problem, however, is your assumption that an unborn child is simply a part of his (or her) mother’s body.
If this were true, I would unequivocally agree with your conclusion.
But I strongly disagree with the premise.
