Just wait until we have the next Democrat president. Obama took over ownership of all student loans so they’d eventually be forgiven. New Yorkers are just ahead of the curve.

Yeah while bankrupting the state at the same time! This is revolting! Now watch New York go belly up! They haven’t passed a budget on time in over 25 years, and the state assembly always meets in secret, and in recent years there has been a systematic exodus of people moving out of the state, so I am not sure where they are going to get the money to pay for this. New York is pretty messed up and I am glad that I don’t live there anymore. Sorry to say I went to school for a short period of time there. Also I wonder if there is going to be any legal challenges to this, because I can’t see how it is fair to ask American Citizens to pay for tuition for people who havn’t paid a cent in taxes and are going to get free tuition when they are illegal aliens? How is this not a slap in the face of the American Legal tax paying Citizens? If there is not a protest against this then Americans deserve to continue to get fleeced by asshole politicians such as the ones you find in New York State!

Well… let’s define “from”. I’ve been here 20 years.
I live in upstate NY (basically meaning… not in NY city) in the southern tier of counties that border pennsylvania.

Originally from Pennsylvania but lived in
Mississippi, Oklahoma, Turkey (Yalova and Istanbul), New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, Maryland.
