Clark Co Public Health investigating more Measles outbreaks

I have a feeling this is just the beginning. The case below was two years ago down in Arizona and it wasn’t even a blip on the news. Combine cases like this and the new anti-vaxxer idiocy and this was bound to happen sooner or later.

Meanwhile, the media is continuing their narrative that there is no link between the recent outbreaks and illegal immigration.

Sad but true and 2018 was the second highest total reported since we supposedly eliminated Measles in the US in 2002.

In 2018, 349** individual cases of measles were confirmed in 26 states and the District of Columbia. This is the second-greatest number of annual cases reported since measles was eliminated in the U.S. in 2000. (The greatest was 667 cases reported in 2014).

The states that reported cases to CDC are Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Excellent more outbreaks of eradicated childhood diseases.

  1. People may begin to vaccinate their children again.

  2. People may get pissed at the illegals/asylum morons entering the country passing the diseases around.

In any case people can thank congress for their ineffective immigration/asylum laws.

It probably take a serious outbreak of Polio or Smallpox to get most of these idiots to start getting their kids vaccinated. As long as the diseases can be treated and the kids get over them they’ll continue.

They have already brought us Zika, West nile as well as several others.

Maybe a major case of the Black Plague is in order.

All of which somewhat unfortunately are easily treated today. It would take a massive outbreak of any of the above to result in wide spread casualties and only after the local health infrastructure breaks down due to being overwhelmed.

Short of that, most people just don’t care.

I suspect you are correct, the apathy in this country is appalling.

After all, it’s all about me.

Apathy and lip service.

Who is demanding we accept these illegals with open arms while stating emphatically that this country was built on (illegal) immigration? Then when called on their blatant hypocritical BS, they pull out the race card like clockwork.
