China’s “Extremely Vile” Response to Novel Coronavirus

Wow! This is an eye opener! If anyone here has had any doubt about the Chinese Communist party’s ambitions, well just watch the video and think again!

“China’s handling of the novel coronavirus has been “extremely vile.” From an initial coverup to mass suppression, the Chinese Communist Party has used this outbreak to prove once again that human life is of little value to the world’s largest authoritarian regime, especially in light of the passing of Dr. Li Wenliang, the whistleblowing doctor who first tried to expose the outbreak.”

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of the Chinese Communist party.

There are terrible videos of families aggressively being restrained into quarantine by force.

Police in hazmat suits pulling a woman out of her car. They apparently broke her neck during her panic.

Who knows! They are a virus onto themselves and their own worst enemy. If reports are true it truly is terrible how innocent people are being treated in China. Also no word on the actual identity of people who are being affected, such as the US citizen who recently died in China. Question is, was he or she white or Asian? This is a burning question that was raised by some of my Asian friends here in HK. Why? They seem to think that this virus is only affecting Asians and not non Asian people.

People hear rumors that this Virus was experimental and had a patent number and “escaped” from the lab. This could be true or could be paranoia and seen as attempts to place blame on someone and others.

At any rate it shows skepticism of what the Government is telling them. This demonstrates reactions of very vulnerable, frightened people to seeing how cold and totalitarian their government is in a crucial emergency. The underlying ideology, lacks any sense of faith and hope, since it is all materialism.

News stories, hopefully fake, fear porn, are saying the Government is “seeking court approvals to kill 20,000 infected people so as to stop the spread of the Virus.”. Isn’t that what happened in a massive case of contaminated Chicken?

I agree, and its a very insightful post on your part.

When you look at the aggregate of todays Humanity’s discourse, its not in a vacuum that what is happening in China, and Government’s role to administer a kinder, gentler treatment of its people. It is for this reason I am amazed that many on the left are so willing to sell out to the Chinese and look the other way while at the same time attack those who want to bring attention to a threat.

I am not really sure about the contaminated Chicken episode, however I would never put it past the CHICOM’s to institute some sort of purging in order to keep the rest of its population safe. They are after all known for such things like organ harvesting, killing of girl babies, torture, and other nefarious human rights violations.

I saw videos of that yesterday - people being forced out of their homes or arrested and sent to quarantine if out in public not wearing a mask.

What I find also horrific is the bodies are being immediately cremated, with it appears absolutely no sympathy for the families.

Trump’s tactic is interesting, while he cracks down on the deficit. He keeps the channels open and complements Xi and negotiations continue.

Immediate cremations have been implemented in outbreaks before, particularly Typhus and Bubonic Plague. This also serves the Chinese extraordinarily well as if there is no body - there can be no autopsy to determine cause of death. If it were discovered that this was indeed a bioweapon, that would be very bad for business.

7 crematoriums running 24/7 means the amount of deaths reported per day are rather on the suspicious side.

If I remember correctly, the virus has been mapped. I don’t think you’d need an actual body to determine if it is a bioweapon?

That is correct. The complete DNA of the virus has been mapped out and is in the hands of an Australian research facility and it is hopeful that a vaccine will be in short order soon. Also on the BIO-weapon aspect, I seriously doubt the Chinese authorities are trying to cover up something that other governments already know about. Meaning, if what reports are saying is true that this originated from a Chi-research National transferring the virus from a Canadian research facility to the Wuhan one, then the only ones the CHICOM’s would be trying to keep a lid on this from finding out is the public itself.

I agree steps must be taken to control the spread of a disease; but the human condition must be considered. We are thinking animals, and expected to be humane.

Quite so. I cannot imagine a loved one being cremated so callously.

The least they could do is be respectful and bring the ashes to the loved ones. Then again, I’m not there and I’m sure they are doing their best in a very difficult set of circumstances.

It would be a step in the right direction to let relatives know the ashes are being stored and at a later date will be delivered to the families so they can properly grieve.

A blood sample taken from a range of dead bodies will be able to show a match to the Coronavirus in question and would be able to indicate any mutations that have taken place. The Chinese might very well be taking a blood sample from each body before cremating it, but we will never find out about it and they won’t allow independent scientists in to test and evaluate.

The governments of the world aren’t exactly forthcoming with what kinds of sinister bio weapons they’re cooking up in classified environments.

Good point and you are correct. I completely forgot about that aspect.

What a complete cluster ****.

Not really sure why this isn’t in the Official Coronavirus Thread…but anyway

Is it possible to estimate the number of burned bodies from the chemical release in Wuhan ?

“Data from http://windy.com shows a massive release of sulfur dioxide gas from the outskirts of Wuhan, commonly associated with the burning of organic matters. Levels are elevated, even compared with the rest of China.”

True, but in this particular case, it’s kind of hard not to know with Canada being our closest ally. If of course what was reported is true.

Because this thread is about how China is treating its citizens during this crisis. Did you watch the video?

Last year, manufacturing of intermediate or finished goods in China, as well as pharmaceutical source material, accounted for 95 percent of U.S. imports of ibuprofen, 91 percent of U.S. imports of hydrocortisone, 70 percent of U.S. imports of acetaminophen, 40 to 45 percent of U.S. imports of penicillin, and 40 percent of U.S. imports of heparin , according to the Commerce Department. In total, 80 percent of the U.S. supply of antibiotics are made in China.

Moreover, when it comes to starting material for the manufacture of pharmaceutical ingredients, a lot of this production is centered in China’s Hubei Provence, the epicenter of coronavirus. Most drug makers have a one to three-months of inventory of drug ingredients on hand. But these supplies are already being drawn down. Among big [active pharmaceutical ingredient] makers in Wuhan are Wuhan Shiji Pharmaceutical, Chemwerth, Hubei Biocause, Wuhan Calmland Pharmaceuticals. [emphasis added]

I just went to Amazon and Walgreens to look at Flu Masks: all of the products are currently unavailable.
