I cannot disagree with any of this.
But since President Trump wishes to pursue the matter in the courts, it would, of course, be counterproductive for him to imply that Joe Biden was the actual winner of the November 3 presidential election.

Why, exactly, would you suppose that this is the case?
Besides being 78 years old, he will be defending himself from the SDNY prosecuting himâŚ
Well, the point is that Trump will never concede or accept his loss, even after his last suit has been tossed by the courts. He would prefer to go to his grave a âvictimâ than the loser that he isâŚ
This is merely a cheap shot. As such, it is beneath you.
I thinkâŚ
I would assume that the âNYâ portion of âSDNYâ refers to New York; but I really am unable to decipher the âSDâ part.
In any case, the prosecution of a former president would be enormously unwise, as it would deeply divide the country. Therefore, it is very unlikely to happen.
Evidently, though, your blood-thirstâyour deep desire for revengeâoverrides all these more dispassionate considerationsâŚ
Trump lost the election in a super landslide. His refusal to accept defeat with the same class and dignity that every loosing candidate has done in American history is the epitome of cheap shots and beneath the office that he holdsâŚ
Yes, the Southern District of New YorkâŚ
Yeah, thatâs just whatâs wrong with America and why DC is a swamp to begin with. Clinton, Bush and Obama were not held accountable, and itâs likely that Trump wonât be either. Why, because partisans only want the other party held accountable. Therefore, what you Trumpers hate about Washington and federal government generally, will continue onâŚ
I have never asserted that Donald Trump is the very apotheosis of âclass and dignity.â In fact, I find him to be bombastic, coarse, crude, and ungracious.
But that does not change the fact that your own remarks amounted to little more than a cheap shot.
What you say is not entirely untrue: Partisans do, indeed, have much to do with this.
But the trauma that would be inflicted upon the American people, if a former president were to be prosecuted, would be hugely divisive: The haters of the former president (who merely want revenge) would amount to as cheerleaders for this action; whereas the supporters of the former president would be utterly outraged (and not totally without merit, as such a prosecution would be steeped in mere vindictiveness; which is not really a high value).
Is this what you really would prefer?
Sorry, Iâm just an individual American. If you want to accuse me of a cheap shot for pointing out that Trumpâs a loser without calling trump out for the numerous times heâs called people, including American heroes, losers, then youâre operating beneath dignityâŚ
So you donât think any president of either party should ever be held accountable. Personally I believe all of the last 6 presidents should have been prosecuted, and because theyâre not, the swamp continuesâŚ
No, I donât suppose that anybody has ever accused him of thatâŚ
Trump is a (good) businessman turned a politician.
Only idiots are expecting from him class and dignity.
As long as he gets his job done, the world is safe and everything is fine.
Well I donât expect such talk from youâŚ
I remember reading an article where Trump called POWs losers because they got caught by the enemy.
He really is a big supporter of our troops
