The reason I am posting this story, which BTW is an excellent read, is really a metaphor but also a reality of the insular world that the 1% love to live in while the rest of it is burning! It really is a commentary that puts a fresh perspective on how powerful rich people try to preach to the commoner that they are not only smarter than them to know better, but have all the answers to the worlds problem while basking in such luxuries of a private exclusive club. It’s this type of narcissism that propels such arrogance to want to be in politics and is more telling how out of touch most politicians are! Oh you Bernieites should take note where your ideas you champion come from, ultimately these are the people you are supporting!
