No it is not. Plenty of states do mail-in only and there is no evidence of fraud our manipulation.
Mail in ballots prevent GOP backed voter suppression.
The way to STEAL an election . We need voter ID , if you have to have ID to buy booze , guns ,welfare , food stamps , get on a fucking plane , you should have it to vote !!!
