Well if that were the case or not, the same activists who had the laws changed to empower and embolden LGBTQ will change the law to allow children to “consent”. Then pedophiles can act on their desires without fear of the law. They were born that way -ya know - and the progressive libs will change the laws to accommodate their “natural” preference. It’ll be just an issue of “preference” and “choice” once you change the laws to allow children to “consent”. And you will call anyone who disagrees a hater and a bigot.
