A Mossad team tried to recreate the scene in Israel, using an expert army sniper with a more powerful rife than that used allegedly by Oswald. He couldnât hit the target.
The Israelis never did such a reenactment. It has however been done repeatedly by others including the Mythbusters who had next to no experience at all with a rifle.
The 6.5C was a very effective sniper round for nearly forty years at ranges up to 600yds.
It has also been proven conclusively that a man with his skill level and that same weapon was quite capable of repeating the performance with the best computer modeling available.
