Didn’t say free… read my posts

Have guns is a God given right? Are you serious?

What about my post points to the government taking over the means of production?

You haven’t got to that yet :rofl:

The right to self defense, the right to protect property and nations and the right to throw off the yoke of oppression is.

Rule by regulation counts.

Freedom from. Not liberty to…

Okay, how big of a subsidy should the taxpayers fund for health care as compared to how much guns and ammo are subsidized?

Of course someone else should pay for it as is the battle cry for every leftist. TAX the wealthy until they are poor.

Except, then the wealthy will stop working and producing. I did and only work part time today and 7 people were left to end other employment. Is that what you really want???

“Arms” you ignorant twit.

Try opening a business today without gov’t regulation on same.

Ownership is irrelevant, control is what matters.

Isnt that the point of taxes?

Government regulation is a reality and none of us want it completely going away. So if you define that as socialism, then we are socialist as fuck.

Strict regulation = control of the means of production by any honest definition.

Hence the reason conservatives and libertarians keep pushing to minimize regulations.

This is an unfounded fallacy.

To think rich people will stop producing because they are marginally taxed another 10-20% is stupid. To think 99.8% of the population will stop trying to be rich because by the time they make 10 millions a year they will be taxed 50 cent on each dollar is ridiculous.

No eveidence whatsoever that this will take place. However we’ve tried trickle down and it never worked

It is to leftists.

To the rest of us taxes are the price we pay to have a government and should be no higher than is necessary to support a constitutionally limited government.

We should revert back to either a minimal flat tax where everyone pays the same rate on all incomes or a strict head tax where everyone pays the same.

Define what strict means to you?

So righties don’t believe taxes pay for things? Interesting

Such a minimal increase would never even make a down payment on national healthcare.
