I don’t know who coined the term “deep state” but such expressions as “shadow government” and “secret government” always existed.
It is generally thought that the US and Russia are eternal enemies or rivals at best. Needless to say, that’s what the media will tell you, but whose interest does the mass media in the US really represent?
