Jussie Smollett has been indicted by a grand jury on six counts of disorderly conduct for allegedly lying to police about his claims of a racist and homophobic attack against him in January 2019, a special prosecutor said Tuesday.
Special prosecutor Dan Webb issued a statement announcing the indictment against the 37-year-old former āEmpireā star.
The actor is due in court on Feb. 24, Fox 32 reported citing a source.
Should get 3 year Jail and 5 million fine.

Well, if Smollett really wants his book deal down the road and his new publicity angle after all the tv studios stop hiring him, then heās going to want to be on the air in the beginning in order to tell his story and attempt to reframe it as much as possible.
Either that or he will opt to simply drop out of the spotlight completely after this matter is finalizedā¦but I doubt that will happen. He clearly has no shame.
