Neurology is hard science, Psychiatry is at best soft science and there is no Science whatsoever to psychology. There are no objective measurements in Psychology at all.
Both are far more art than science any way you measure them.

The practitioners of psychology behave like activist judges who see no standard - such as the constitution- but believe it is their duty and within their authority to define a standard according to social pressures.
