ACT OF WAR! Mexican Military Illegally Crosses Border: Disarms and Detains Two U.S. Army Soldiers

No but I am specifically licensed to teach the law here in Texas relating to self defense and firearms. As a result I spend a great deal of time in seminars and discussions with attorneys and studying firearms/self defense related legal issues.

How does one get licensed to teach law when they didn’t pass their state bar exam or went to or graduate from law school? Just wondering how that works?

Because it is a requirement of teaching the LTC course.

That doesn’t answer my question!

When you get certified as an LTC instructor by the state you are taught the law relevant to firearms ownership, use, and lawful self defense and you are required then as an instructor to teach it as part of the student course.

Right, but doesn’t make you an expert at interpreting law just certifies you to teach firearms safety and lawful self defense.

No, it licenses me to teach and explain the law specifically relevant to lawful ownership, carry, and use of firearms in self defense.

Yet you present yourself as if you are certified at interpreting law, which you are not, which you clearly demonstrate in your other posts as well!

No I didn’t. I was very specific in my reply and nowhere did I say anything about “interpreting” the law.

Well, the impression I get from the totality of all your posts so far on this site is that you are an expert in almost every field and subject matter that you comment on!

I’m well read, well educated, and have a wealth of experience but I have never claimed any expertise except in a very limited list of subjects.

Firearms and lawful self defense are two areas in which I have a great deal of expertise.

You may be educated but you never strike a conciliatory tone when debating people who are more knowledgeable than you in certain fields of discipline.

You are not more knowledgeable than I when it comes to firearms or self defense law. I’ve dedicated decades to the subject.

President Trump weighs in!

Trump is like a nerd in HS who just got a wedgie from the jocks…d-dont do that again, or else!

I don’t think the right response is a warning to not do something bad next time. It’s not like they were jaywalking. They crossed onto US soil and made a mockery of our military.

Then run for President. Do everything you can to get funding for a wall and border security only to have the Democrats block your every move.

Start a war over it rather then putting measures in place.

Hell, Napalm the caravans while they are still in Mexico while you’re at it.

Yeah Ok Cliff Claven!

When you remove ego from the argument, there is a lot that can be gained.

You cannot remove someone else’s ego but you can remove the constraints of your own :heartpulse:

What I know of @TWR is he is solid. Truly on the side of America and defending our laws and changing them for the better. Maybe he doesn’t come across that way right now to you? But through consistency you will see the true colors that are no different from you own.

The man is solid and I would want him in my corner any day of the week.

What do you suggest? Should we bomb Mexico City?

These guys were not even identified as Mexican Military and even if they were they were likely on the payroll of the cartels rather than acting under orders.

This is nothing new, these guys have been running cover for the cartels and distracting our BPA’s for years to tie them up so that smugglers can get around the BP.
