I have for the LTC course. Most of what I do is much more advanced and those classes remain pretty steady.
Of course guns kill. That is what they are made to do.
However, it is the individual who chooses how to use the gun and under what circumstances. The gun is not controlling the shooter; the shooter is controlling the gun.
No gun can even fire without an outside force acting upon it.
The gun doesn’t do the killing, it’s just the tool just like a knife or a hammer.
The one and only way to resolve that kind of scenario is to permanently despatch either the gun or the shooter, so which is it to be? To resolve it once and for all would be unacceptable to the right wing, and the NRA wackos.
