The 9th circuit court, one with recent appointments of the Trump administration just ruled in favour of Pro Life advocates on the issue on abortion being about family planning, and Planned Parenthood is not happy about it. Consider this a victory over a court that has been known to be part of the lefts go to for resistance and roadblocks against this administrations policies such as immigration and sanctuary cities funding. Recently the 9th circuit favors a more conservative representation where such rulings are now more judicial based on the law rather than activism which the court was coming under fire for and heavily scrutinised in recent years.
The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Monday that the Trump administration’s “Protect Life Rule,” which marks a clear distinction between abortion and family planning, is constitutional.
