No. The boy shot and killed one of two Federal agents who were discovered by the barking dog. The other agent Killed the boy and the dog in retaliation. Needless to say, the two Feds agents were not suppose to be on the property they didn’t have a warrant and were illegally spying which is why the Government ultimately lost in court.
