I think President Trump was coordinating with McConnell and Schumer. That’s why Nancy’s wish list got removed.
But the bill now goes to the House. If it’s approved by the House, it goes to the Oval Office for signing.
If the House adds an amendment (or more) it goes back to the Senate. Both the Senate and the House must agree on the bill before Trump gets to sign it.
Pelosi is not interested in a speedy passage in the House. If she was, they would have been in session today and possibly voting on it.

I have problems with the republicans logic in their fight about the extra $600 on top of an American who is laidoff and will get this in addition to regular unemployment , my God ,what a stink they made about that YET ALLOWED $350,000,000 for ILLEGALS housing and relocation and $11,000,000,000 for Africa without so much as a whimper ! $25,000,000 for JFK , $800,000,000 for Endowment for the Humanities and Arts , $25,000,000 for cleaning supplies for the Capital Building. ,A nationwide mandate for ballot harvesting ,Same-day voter registration for the 2020 presidential election . Apparently they have BOTH had that posture for decades. I will agree that many Presidents have been blamed for increases in the debt that were beyond their control, especially as it relates to disaster relief.
The problem (in my opinion) lies in the irresistible inclination to attach pork spending to every funding bill that comes along. This one being a dire need for massive emergency aid to American citizens caused Nancy Pelosi to go beyond the pale in attempts to get decades old Democrat Party social agendas attached to this bill.
Even her own party members and the liberal press were criticizing her for this. I’m watching C-SPAN as I type and I’m hearing representatives from both sides in rapid succession express disdain for parts of the bill but support of its passing. They are wasting time with this bullshit for the sole purpose of getting their comments on record. If both sides are already in favor of the bill, why do they have to waste time with a DEBATE.
Our entire legislative branch has been a cesspool for my entire adult lifetime…and likely ever since it was given the power to set its own salaries and exempt the members from having to comply with the laws that they pass and the regulations that are precipitated by them.

This can and will balloon to 6 plus TRILLION before we even blink !!! Dems are planned for ALL the goodies in the next round . Sounds like they are rooting for our economy .
