This is reminiscent of Earl Garner in NY, when 6 police officers descended on him like a pack of mad dogs for no reason whatsoever. I couldnât believe what I was seeing. It was the first time Iâve ever seen someone being murdered.
Because our constitution gurantees him the same rights as it gurantees for the rest of us.
The police are legally bound to use the least amount of force necessary to subdue a subject and to release that force once they have been subdued.
No matter what transpired before he was taken to the ground once he was under control they were legally and morally bound to take the pressure off and to attack a prostrate manâs neck in that manner is rarely justified at all and never for that length of time after a subject has been subdued and is under control.
This is one of the few cases where the cops are just absolutely dead wrong and at least one of them needs to be facing murder charges.
Garnerâs take down and the amount of force used were reasonable and proportional given the circumstances.

Thatâs bullshit.
He was illegally peddling on the street selling untaxed cigarettes among other things and trespassing on the store ownerâs property.
The owner called police asking them to remove him and when they ran him he had outstanding warrants.
Garner refused to go with them peaceably and decided to fight instead.
With his health issues any exertion was likely to kill him with a heart attack or stroke and not surprisingly thatâs exactly what happened.
The multinational corporations are the chief benefactors of the liberal world order which allows them to make huge profits at the expense of our regional environment, cultures, nations, customs and folk. They are THE PRIMARY CAUSE of white replacement. Let them burn.
This is all a gigantic staged event, tied directly to the rise of the police state in America. They are going to let this get completely out of control, and use it as a justification for all of this other stuff theyâre doing as a result of the flu hoax.
