It’s really coming down to rural and urban. Red States vs. blue states on its current trajectory, although I would concede that would change when policy changes are made in dispensing Federal Funding to cities like Portland and Seattle or when leaders of those cities find no clause that allows them to escape liabilities in civil suits!
