This is a fascinating Victor Bout interview because everything he is talks about in this segment is absolutely correct. The problem with America is they can’t allow themselves for self reflection to be honest with themselves to be able to see. Most importantly Victor Bout pretty much nails it on the head when he lays the responsibility at the feet of the elites who are responsible for perpetuating the conflict between Russia and the US.
