This isn’t nonsense and NY was pulling the same crap passing an unconstitutional law on it’s face then repealing it as the SCOTUS was set to take it up as some of the southern states did with anti civil rights laws in the past.
These laws need to be once and for all found unconstitutional so that other states, and NY can’t pull this crap again.
