Jordan was established as the Arab Palestinian State exactly as the Palestinians demanded.

The Jordainians learned their lesson in 67 and still had not fully recovered. They knew if they entered the wary their forces would have been utterly destroyed and that it would have likely brought in the US which would have resulted in the utter destruction of all involved.

Languages and Dialects change when populations concentrate and Isolate for even a few decades.
