I would say that out of 5.6 million registered voters only 2.4 million voted.
there were 10 senate seats where Democrats ran unopposed.
And 23 house seats where Democrats ran unopposed.
There were other seats with only a Democrat and libertarian running
So republicans just handed over 10 senate seats and 23 house seats

Let’s hope so. Because if it doesn’t then we are all in very serious trouble. The left is watching Virginia closely to see how things unfold. If Virginia goes their way then expect this to be rolled out across the country…they already have a head start with red flag laws.
It is possible this goes to the Supreme Court. It’s also possible Virgina walks it back if the S.C. agrees to hear the case, just like what happened in NYC.

In doing so, the governor has proclaimed that he supports the Second Amendment and that his gun ban does not violate the U.S. Constitution. In truth, Northam’s proposed gun ban would violate the Second Amendment as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court in District of Columbia v. Heller and McDonald v. Chicago .
On Monday, Northam told reporters, “I’m a supporter of the Second Amendment,” adding, “I hear people out there saying that they don’t want law enforcement to enforce unconstitutional laws. Well we’re not going to propose or pass any unconstitutional laws.”
Except it is unconstitutional.
Justice Thomas explained,
Roughly five million Americans own AR-style semiautomatic rifles. The overwhelming majority of citizens who own and use such rifles do so for lawful purposes, including self-defense and target shooting. Under our precedents, that is all that is needed for citizens to have a right under the Second Amendment to keep such weapons.

Don’t be fooled, it can always get worse. I think optics are incredibly important right now. We want the fence sitters to join the cause. The use of controversial symbols might prohibit or prevent them from doing so.

I think before you remove anything you should see if the posters who made the requests actually return. As far as I can tell many of them are new members and they aren’t really clear on how things work here.
