The WTC buildings were uninhabital bc of the amount of asbestos used in their construction.
Silverstein knew that and he knew it was uneconomic to rectify the problem.
The only solution was to blow the buildings up but take out insurance to cover it.
So Silverstein buys the WTC for 3 billion then insures them and collects 4.5 billion when they are blown up in a terrorist attack.

I’m sure all will find it earth shaking to learn the 9-11 terrorists came primarily from Saudi Arabia or that they got their visas at the embassy in Jeddah.

I’m surprised if they found any bodies at all.
