The Twin Towers had steel girders on the outside. No plane can go threw and “disappear” into the building in entirety without any part of the plane falling off, be it wings or vertical tail or engine.
(Actually, they “found” a jet engine, but it turns out to be a wrong engine. They also found the passport belonging to one of the Arabs, alleged to be the hijackers. What a laugh.)
