This is not because the case is a loser; it’s because lawyers in some areas have an unspoken common interest in settling with the lawyers on the other side. We’re talking about real money changing hands and all it takes is deep pockets and commiserating compatriots. There’s always an opening to fill on the other side of the table and they switch sides when they’ve made as many friends as necessary.
It’s not a coincidence that big time companies don’t lose a lot of these same kinds of nuisance lawsuits that big cities do with OPM (Other People’s Money); they lose, -they get fired. They will take you to the ends of the earth before they let you win. That sends a message to the other side: if you take a case against us on contingency fee it will take forever, -if ever; for you to make a buck.

When the comany wanted to put cameras up in his work area , he called his lawyers stating the comany was over supervising him as retalition .
He told other blacks Ford paid out over 3 million to employees that claimed racism and the company settled paying several blacks .
I don’t know much about the wolves but there is always the alpha male, and the hierarchy is very strict. It’s based on talent, power, and intelligence.
