No such thing as “native Americans”. They were Sioux, Chickasaw, Mohician, Hopi, Seminole, etc.
BTW, how many hundreds of years must one tribe/family live in a region to be considered a “native” of that area?

Native Americans are Native Americans when it’s convenient for them.
Unless they can clearly identify their nationality (such as Hopi, Navajo, etc.), there is no such thing.
Only when they can identify who they are, we can respect them as such.
Native Americans massacred Native-Native Americans.
The Constitution was written for whites from the get-go.
No use arguing who are true Americans.
America was to be a constitutional republic.

“All men are created equal…” does not exclude any of the human race, which we all belong. One race, one blood.
After the war Democrats went on to found the KKK and create Jim Crow segregation. Later they fought against anti segregation laws. It wasn’t like the party of slavery , Democrats, suddenly turned to supporting civil rights after the war.

The America’s existed long before Columbus or the arrival of the Mayflower. And the occupants, residents there of were/are Americans.
